Our Latest Office Procedures

Just as COVID has required each of us to make major adjustments in our personal lives, our office has made many operational changes. We are continually monitoring recommendations from the CDC, OSHA and the Pennsylvania Department of Health for maintaining proper infection control. Our latest office policies take additional steps to ensure protection of the health and well-being of our patients and our team.

This information is in effect as of November 17, 2021.

Physical Office Changes

For excellent air quality, we recently installed a medical-grade 3-stage H13 HEPA filter air purification system. We also dress a little differently with some added personal protective equipment (PPE).

Appointment Scheduling and Capacity

We are functioning at full capacity of our regular daily appointment load.

Revised Orthodontic Emergency Definitions

Please follow our guidelines on how to care for your braces to avoid damages. We strongly encourage all patients to handle an orthodontic emergency via our self-care instructions. If you need additional help or need to be seen, please call our office at (570) 387-1243.
