Our Initial Consultation Is Free

Many patients are referred by their family dentist, but you can also schedule an appointment with us without a referral! We do not charge a fee for our initial consultation, making it a risk-free way to obtain a comprehensive, professional assessment of your orthodontic concerns.

Please call our office at (570) 387-1243 or request an appointment via our website form and we will be happy to get you on the schedule.

Get acclimated to our office before visiting! Enjoy a photographic tour of our newly remodeled office space. We also encourage you to review our latest office information for our COVID operating procedures.

Complete Patient Forms Prior to Your First Visit

To help us get to know you better, we ask that you complete a health history form to bring with you at your first visit.

We have separate health history forms for adult patients and child/adolescent patients.

Getting to Know You, Your Teeth and Your Jaw

Upon arriving, we welcome you into our office’s bright and cheery reception area. You can drop off your completed patient forms with our receptionist. You will then undergo a brief, but thorough, exam by both the staff and Dr. Reichard. We inform you of any orthodontic problems that we see and let you know if orthodontic treatment is recommended.

There are five essential questions that we cover during the initial examination:

Is there an orthodontic problem, and if so, what is it?

  1. What must be done to correct the problem?
  2. Will any teeth potentially need to be removed?
  3. How long will the treatment take to complete?
  4. How much will the treatment cost?
