The cost of orthodontic treatment depends on your particular issues/concerns that require treatment and how we all agree to treat them. Many patients will have multiple treatment options available to them. We always give you our best recommendation on the right treatment for you. We discuss treatment options, fees and payment options before your treatment begins so there are no surprises later on.
Dental and Orthodontic Insurance
Orthodontic insurance coverage varies by insurance company. Please bring your insurance information with you so we can determine your specific orthodontic coverage. We advise on how to best maximize your orthodontic insurance benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket expenses.
Once treatment begins, we file claims with your insurance company on your behalf.
Payment Options
Rachel E Reichard Orthodontics understands each family’s financial situation is different and provides multiple, convenient payment options. We offer a courtesy discount when a family has more than one member in treatment.
- Pay in full at the onset of treatment and receive a courtesy discount.
- Pay a down payment followed by monthly payments (typically over 12-24 months) and receive no interest.
We accept checks, cash and credit cards.
